Join our community of women leaders in the fire service: volunteer with Camp Fierce or apply to be featured in our annual firefighter calendar.

Volunteering with Camp Fierce means stepping into a powerful role that shapes the next generation of young women in the fire service. Our volunteers are the heart of the camp—providing mentorship, instruction, safety oversight, and encouragement as girls explore the world of firefighting through hands-on skills and team-building challenges.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO VOLUNTEER WITH CAMP FIERCE?

Applications are Getting ready to start again!

Celebrating the strength, service, and leadership of Oklahoma’s women firefighters. Each year, Oklahoma Women on Fire produces an all-female firefighter calendar to highlight the incredible women serving in fire departments across our state. This project is more than a fundraiser — it is a platform to showcase the courage, diversity, and dedication of women in the fire service while raising vital funds for Camp Fierce, training access, and statewide outreach. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have been with their department for no less than one year and are required to get approval from their department prior to applying. You will be required to submit three photos, one head shot, one full body, and one in bunker gear.  PHOTOS CANNOT USE FILTERS OF ANY SORT. If you are a female firefighter who wants to represent your department, share your story, and help fuel programs like Camp Fierce, we encourage you to apply. Applications will open January 1st, 2026.
