Tulsa Air and Space Musuem where the kids got to enjoy a holiday party with friends and family, tye dye shirts and enjoy Photos with Santa
To beat the Summer heat, we hosted a fun party at Paradise Beach waterpark! Everyone was able to enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool and fun trips down the slides. Dinner was shared amongst friends and family, new and old.
The definition of a warrior is a brave or experienced soldier or fighter. The children and families that are currently battling or have battled pediatric cancer are the bravest warriors of them all. Day in and day out they go into battle and fight harder than most people will ever experience in a lifetime. Childhood fun is no longer; school days are replaced with hospital stays, typical stresses are replaced with medical lingo, chemotherapy, needles, nausea and everything in between.
Tulsa Metro Women on Fire and Hydrants of Hope continue to team up to provide some solace for these warriors. We want to provide sunshine on their dark days, create laughter from what might be constant sorrow, and allow positive memories to replace the negative.
Throughout the year, Hydrants of Hope hosts several incredible events for our warrior families.
These events include Christmas Parties, swim parties, shopping sprees, Zoo days, flight days, painting classes and much more!
All of these events are free for families to attend.
If you or someone you know has a child that is currently battling cancer or is a survivor of childhood cancer, please fill out the form below so you can join the HOH Family.
This past Christmas season, Hydrants of Hope hosted a wonderful Christmas party at the Stokely Event Center. Our cancer warriors and their families enjoyed dinner, dancing, pictures with Santa, cookie making, ornament making, a hot cocoa bar and gifts!
